The interior layer is 18/10 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, nonreactive, and won't alter the flavor of food. The proprietary interior finish features superior food release properties for easy clean up. The aluminum middle layer evenly directs and distributes heat not only at the bottom of the pan, but all the way up the sides and throughout the entire surface. The exterior layer is magnetic stainless steel, which is designed to work with all cooking surfaces, including induction. The cut glass lids are vented, rimmed in stainless steel, and designed to take the heat.

They also allow you to check foods without lifting lids. Knob allows lid to rest upside down for no drips or condensation. Ergonomic handles feature a silicone accent for comfort and non-slip grip. Wash before first use in a solution of warm, soapy water and vinegar with a soft sponge. This removes any manufacturing oils or polishing materials.

If this is not removed before using, it may permanently stain or discolor your cookware. Let cookware and lids cool down before washing to avoid warping, damage, and/or breakage. Cookware and glass lids are dishwasher safe.

To remove discolorations or stuck on foods, use Princess House. To avoid water spots, rinse thoroughly and dry. Never use bleach, harsh or abrasive cleaners, sponges or pads as they can scratch or harm surfaces. For burned on grease or food, add a small amount of Princess House.

Stainless Steel Cookware Cleaner and water to make a paste. Use a non-scratch sponge to rub in a circular motion to clean.

You may also try half-filling your pot/pan with water, placing on stove, and bringing water to a boil for a few minutes. Let the pot/pan cool, wash in warm, soapy water, and rinse and dry completely. Use only non-abrasive cloths or sponges. Use a burner that is.

Than or the same size as the bottom of your pot. For gas stoves, make sure flames. Extend up the sides of cookware. Note: Do not knock tools on rims of cookware as it can damage the rim and tool. To extend the beauty of the interior finish, do not use a knife to cut inside the pan. Always use dry pot holders or oven mitts to handle hot cookware, handles, and glass lids. Your cookware is oven safe up to 350°F with lids.

Without lids, cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 450°F. Do not use in microwave. Cookware is designed to nest and stack with pieces of the same diameter in any order, which saves 35% more kitchen space! Lids are also designed to stack on top of one another. Cookware should be cleaned, dried, and stored in a moisture-free, dry location.

Always lift pot straight up when removing from the stacked position to avoid scratching sides of cookware. Cookware in the non-stacked/nested position with lids. Your cookware, handles and lid will be. Always use dry potholders when lifting or moving your cookware.

Cooking at too high temperatures or allowing a pan to boil dry will cause bronze, blue or rainbow tints on the outside of the cookware. In some cases these conditions can be removed with Princess House.

Stainless Steel Cookware Cleaner following instructions on label. Never handle a hot lid with a wet cloth or potholder as the change of temperature may damage or shatter the lid. Do not immerse hot lid in water. Always allow lid to cool before washing.

Never place the lid directly on a hot surface. Avoid impact with hard objects. Do not use lid if it is chipped, cracked or noticeably scratched, as the glass may shatter.

Proper lifting and support should be considered when moving large stockpots. Your cookware is not safe for use over open campfires or directly on hot charcoal. Do not let any cookware boil dry or allow dry cookware to remain on a hot cooktop. If excessively overheated, the bottom may melt. Should melting occur, do not attempt to remove cookware from burner until it has completely cooled. Product(s) or part(s) that are currently available in our line can be replaced at just half the current suggested retail price if it becomes broken or damaged in use. To receive a replacement at half price you must return an identifiable piece of the product with the original sales receipt.
